What is your cancellation/refund policy for your Website and App Design Service?

Considering we often begin creating and designing your app/website upon receipt of your order, upon request, we will issue a refund up to 24 hours after the service was ordered.

Refunds will be issued to the PayPal email address in which the payment was received. Refunds will not be issued for previous orders in which the service was utilized.

The amount of the refund will be issued on a case-by-case basis… And depends on the service that was already rendered. Generally, if 25% of the service was completed, then a refund will be issued for 75% of the amount paid, etc.

Refunds are normally processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of the request (Mon-Fri).
