Our Property Listing function enables you to have a property listing app that contains numerous property related features! This includes the app user searching properties by property type, the number of bedrooms, location, etc. The app user can also add properties, favorite properties, review properties that the previously viewed, send a message to the property owner, and report properties.
GETTING STARTED
1) Log into your App Manager and select your app.
2) Click Features from the left-hand-side of the screen (or the middle of the screen).
3) Click Properties.
SETTINGS
The first step is to enable/disable the features that you intend to use in your app.
Add Listing From App – This enables App Users to add a listing directly from your app.
Listing Approval From App Admin – If you enable App Users to add listings from the app, this is where you select to Approve listings before they become live in the app.
Enable Favorite – App users will be able to add Properties to their Favorites list.
Enable View Count – The Property will display the quantity of times it was viewed by app users.
Enable Message – The app user can send a message to the App Admin.
Display Owner Info – The property’s owner information will be displayed to the app user.
Enable Property Type – The app user can filter the various properties by type.
Enable Bedroom – The app user can filter the various properties by bedroom quantity.
Enable Bathroom – The app user can filter the various properties by the number of bathrooms.
Enable Price – The app user can filter the various properties by price.
Admin Email – The email address that property related messages should go to.
AMENITIES
This is where you enable, disable, or add the Amenities that will be available to add to the various properties (if applicable).
To Enable, Disable or Delete a default Amenity click the respective icon. To add a new Amenity, click the “+” icon next to Add Amenities.
PROPERTY TYPES
This is where you create the Property Types that will be in your app. For example “Apartments”, “Homes”, etc.
To Enable, Disable or Delete a default Property Type click the respective icon. To add a new Property, click the “+” icon next to Add Property Types.
ADD PROPERTIES
To add a new Property, click Modules from the left-hand-side of the screen. Then click Property Listing.
To add a new Property, click + Create A New Listing.
To Edit or Delete a Property click the respective icon listed under the Action column.
When adding a new Property, simply complete the available fields, and click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. The steps in the process will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Note: When adding Property Images, the image dimensions should be 600×320.
CHECKING MESSAGES
To check the Property messages that were sent to you from App Users, click Modules from the left-hand-side of the screen. Then click Property Listing. Lastly, click the Messages icon at the top of the screen.
When on the Messages screen, simply click the the message you want to reply to on the left-hand-side of the screen under Recent.
The Messages work similar to the Inbox feature… When the App User selects to contact the App Admin while viewing a Property, the App Admin will be receive an email in addition to the message going to the Property Message area in the App Manager.
The App User will receive a Push Notification when the App Admin replies back to the message.

APPROVING SUBMITTED PROPERTIES
If you enabled App Users to submit Properties from the app in Settings, and selected to Approve listings, you must go to the Property Listing section (Under Modules) in your App Manager to Approve submitted Properties.
Properties that need to be approved will state Pending in blue. Click the Edit (eye) icon to Approve the listing.
Next, click the green Approve button to Enable the property.
CUSTOMIZE COLORS
If you want to modify the default color settings, click Colors from the left-hand-side of the screen (or the middle of the screen). Scroll down a little to the Color Settings:
