What hours / days do you provide support?

Our support ours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Please note that priority is given to customers that open a Support Ticket. Only urgent requests are handled outside of our support hours.  The qualification of an urgent request is decided by us on a case-by-case basis.    

I ended my subscription but now I need updates to my apps. How much does it cost?

Click here to contact us regarding your app.  Once your subscription is renewed, we will resume providing updates and maintenance to your app.  In addition, you will regain the ability to send Push Notifications via our service. After 30 days of your service ending, we reserve the right to remove your app from our system.

What if I end my subscription? What happens to my app?

You can cancel your service with us at any time. Cancelling your subscription also cancels updates/maintenance to your app and you lose the ability to send Push Notifications via our service. Upon ending your subscription, we will provide you with the source files of your app. Please note that we reserve the right to remove your

Can my app have Push Notifications?

Yes. We provide unlimited Push Notifications. Please note that although we provide unlimited Push Notifications, we do not permit abuse of the service.      

If you design my app for me, do you provide support after my app is completed?

Yes, we provide support, maintenance, and hosting during the life of your active subscription to our service.
