Our Individual User Links feature enables you to easily restrict link access to files, etc to specific app members. Features include the ability to give access to a link to single or multiple users, link to internal and\/or external files and app pages, different layouts, and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting Started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1) <\/strong>Log into your App Manager<\/strong> and select your app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Click Features<\/strong> from the left-hand-side of the screen (or the middle of the screen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong>\u00a0Click\u00a0your Individual User Links\u00a0<\/strong>feature\u00a0(whatever is the name of your added feature).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Select the Settings tab<\/strong> to configure your Individual User Links feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design <\/strong>– The Design Layout that you want to use for the feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cover Image<\/strong> – Upload the Cover Image that will be used at the top of the main page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enable Search <\/strong>– Check this option if you want a Search function to be on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display Welcome Text<\/strong> – Select if you want the text, “Welcome [User Name]” to be displayed at the top of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Circular Image Border <\/strong>– Checking this option will round the edges on image borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description Text <\/strong>– The text entered here will describe the functionality of the feature to your app users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding A New Link <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click the Blue + Icon on the right-hand-side of the screen to add a new link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After adding the new link, complete the required fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link Title<\/strong> – The name that you want displayed for the respective link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link Icon Image 256×256<\/strong> – Upload an icon image for the link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link Type<\/strong> – Select if the link should go to an Internal app page, or to an External file or web page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link <\/strong>– If linking to a file or External web page, enter the url to the file\/page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-App-Link Data-State<\/strong> – This is the app page type that you’re linking to if linking to an Internal app page (click here<\/a> for assistance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-App-Link Data-Params<\/strong> – This is the App Page ID that you’re linking to if linking to an Internal app page (click here<\/a> for assistance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assign Link To Users<\/strong> – Select the User(s) that should have access to the link. Press Ctrl on your keyboard to select more than one user at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
