Or you may also want the user to be sent directly to a specific question if he replies to another one. You can use all of these logical triggers to build your own real surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Get exploitable results!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you begin to administrate your survey you can check your charts and download a csv with all the data from your users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Example of one chart regarding a specific question of a survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n To create surveys click on <\/a> in the \u201cAdd pages\u201d part. This appears:<\/p>\n\n\n\n To create a first section click on \u201c+\u201d next to Results, then \u201c+Add a section\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Give a name to this section. Here we will start by \u201cExample\u201d to show you what is possible to do with this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To add a question click on \u201c+Add a question\u201d. This window appears:<\/p>\n\n\n\n First, enter your question in \u201cField name\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Let me introduce the different types of field for a question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to write a short text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to write a long text on several lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to write his email address to contact him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to write a number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to write the date and hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to indicate his GPS position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to select several options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to only select one option between the ones submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>: this field enables the user to select the option they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every time you enter a new question, you have the possibility to make this field mandatory. It means that the user cannot send the survey if this field is empty. To do this click here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n For each question you can create a logic trigger by clicking on \u201cAdd a logic trigger\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The logic triggers allow you to choose different scripts depending on the user\u2019s answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conditions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAlways\u201d: always do the action, whatever the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWhen answer is\u201d: do the action for the selected answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Actions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSkip to question\u201d: allows to skip to another question after the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHide question\u201d: allows to hide a question if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEnd survey\u201d: allows to terminate the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a question like \u201cDo you like this app?\u201d, you enter two possible answers \u201cYes\u201d or \u201cNo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the logic trigger you can choose what happens if the user answers \u201cYes\u201d, for our example we have chosen \u201cend survey\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the user answers \u201cNo\u201d, the question \u201cWhat are the reasons?\u201d is offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can create as many questions as you want in a section. But we recommend you to organize your survey clearly to be easy to fill by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Publish your survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fill the field \u201cName\u201d and \u201cThank you message\u201d and click on the Publish button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you have published your survey, you can view the results by clicking on \u201cview results\u201d or download the results in .csv file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here is an example of Results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n With our Surveys feature you can create complete surveys to collect information and feedback from users.
