Our Classifieds Ads feature will enable to you to have a local Craigslist-like marketplace app! Your users will be able to post classified ads on your apps just like they would have done on Craigslist. Follow the steps below to configure the Classifieds section in your app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOUR CONTROL PANEL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> Login into your Control Panel and select your app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Click “Features” from the left-hand-side of the screen (or the middle of the screen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> Click “Classifieds” (or whatever the classifieds section in your app is titled). You will see the screen below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)<\/strong> Enter a location in the City field and click on \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, you can add option to the future ads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Radius<\/strong>: The distance (in meters) where the ads will be displayed from the selected location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Country<\/strong>: The country where you want the ad to be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Limitation to the specific country<\/strong>: The ad will be displayed only in the country you selected, no matter the radius you chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 The ads expiration<\/strong>: The time when the ad will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Moderate Ads<\/strong>: If this box is ticked, people will have to authorize the publication of the ads manually; if it\u2019s not, it will be automatically published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) <\/strong>Create a new ad section: i.e Cars\/Motorcycle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) <\/strong>Now that you have created a section , let\u2019s create some categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"\/<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

* Click on <\/a> to add a category. You can create as many section and categories as you want, there are no limits on the quantity of categories you add.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you create a new section, users will be able to add product\u2019s ads to this section, but if you create categories for this section, users will have to add a product inside the categories and not right in the section itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the example above, people won\u2019t be able to add a product in the section “Cars\/motorcycle”<\/strong>, but will have to choose between \u201cCars\u201d or \u201cMotorcycle\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In The App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To create an ad, open the app and select the Classifieds feature. Then click on the \u201cMy Shop\u201d<\/strong> on the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The white empty screen means that you still don\u2019t have any product in your shop. To create one, click on <\/a> on the top right of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, just create an ad with a title, a picture, a price, a description and all the information needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Write a great description<\/strong> with a minimum of 15 characters (ads won\u2019t be accepted if it\u2019s less than 15 characters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Add a picture<\/strong> to the ad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Add an address<\/strong> or the address of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Add an email address<\/strong> to be contacted by a potential buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Add a phone number.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Add the category<\/strong> where you want the product to be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can decide to hide the phone number or the address on the ad, but note that if your address is hidden, then the ad won\u2019t be visible on the public map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be sure to have filled out every cases or the ad will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>, to publish the Ad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
