Below is a breakdown of some of the various support services that we provide, what’s covered, the associated fees, etc. Please note that a Support/Service subscription is required for our app service.

Legacy apps (apps that we created prior to our 2021 change) will continue to receive support without a Subscription service but are required to pay any associated fees for App Republishing and/or Push Notification configuration.

Our Support/Service subscriptions cover us hosting your app, app maintenance, app code requests from Google/Apple (code and API compliance, etc), support, and security updates. See below for details:

The cost for us to republished your app for you (or initial publishing of your app if you have a Service Subscription) is $19.99 per instance.

The Subscription Light service is for customers that paid for their app design up front (and not on a monthly basis), and need app hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support questions answered. The cost for this service is $14.99 per month. The initial publishing of your app is covered by the fee. The cost to republish your app after it is initially published is $19.99 per instance.

Similar to the Subscription Light, the Support Subscription service is for customers that paid for their app design up front (and not on a monthly basis) but they may have a larger number of app updates and/or their app requires additional server resources and/or manpower. The cost for this service is $19.99 per month. The initial publishing of your app is covered by the fee. The cost to republish your app after it is initially published is $19.99 per instance.

This service is for customers that opted to pay for their app design on a monthly basis as opposed to an upfront fee. The service includes app hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support questions answered. The cost for this service depends on the type of app received. The general price range is from $29.99 per month to $44.99 per month.

This service also includes a one-time Setup Fee which is equal to the monthly Service Fee.

It’s important to note that neither the initial publishing of your app or Push Notification configuration is covered by the fee. Customers of this service can handle Publishing their app and configuring Push Notifications themselves or utilize our services (applicable fees listed above).

Our File Storage feature is for customers that need media hosting for their app. This includes videos, audio, documents (PDFs, Word Docs, Excel Spreadsheets, etc). The cost for this service is $4.99 per month.

Organizations and/or individuals that require extensive support/maintenance service should contact us to discuss customized support options.

Customers of one of our Support/Service subscriptions can alternatively publishing and/or republishing their app themselves. Likewise for Push Notification Configuration.

Even if a customer choose to republish their app themselves, a Support/Service subscription is still required.

If a customer publish or republishes the app themselves, we will provide the customer with the latest version of the app’s Source Code for no additional fee. However, if a customer republishes an app themselves, they are responsible for providing us with the required .pem file for their iOS app. The .pem file is needed for Push Notifications on iOS. Likewise, the customer is responsible for ensure that all applicable settings, etc are done correctly in the source code, xCode, Developer Accounts, etc.

Adding or editing the content in the app does not require the app to be republished for the changes to be reflected in the live app (for most changes). However, adding new functions/features, changes to app functionality, API changes, logo changes, adding a new layout, background image changes, security updates, and/or bug fixes may result in the app needing to be republished.
