If you’re utilizing the Inbox feature in your app you may (or may not) have noticed that Notifications aren’t being received when messages are sent (the message is sent and successfully received but the Notification isn’t received).
We’re aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Unfortunately, this can’t be corrected with a quick fix.
In the mean time, I recommend that you utilize one of the following alternative methods:
A) Use the Inbox feature if you need to send documents, media, etc. Then send a regular Notification to the app user.
B) If you don’t need to send any attachments, media, etc, simply use the regular Notifications feature.

This issue has been resolved. If you have an issue with your Inbox simply put it a Ticket and it will be taken care of.
